Glee actress Naya Rivera is currently missing in Lake Piru in Southern California as of Wednesday, but the active tweeter with 1.5 million followers had just asked her fans the day before what they would like to see in her second book.

Naya, who started her acting career as an adorable girl fixture in 1990s Black sitcoms including Family Matters and Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, wrote a memoir called Sorry Not Sorry: Dreams, Mistakes, and Growing Up in 2016. In the book, she discusses her “successes and missteps, urging young women to pursue their dreams and to refuse to let past mistakes define them,” per publisher Penguin Random House. In her own words, she describes telling her story as always striving to be her best self:

There’s still a thirteen-year-old girl inside of me making detailed lists of how I can improve, who’s never sure of my own self-worth.

On Tuesday, the 33-year-old actress-singer quote tweeted a fan requesting a second book and asked fans what they wanted to read.

The tweet led to thousands of likes and hundreds of responses, mainly asking her for a picture of her life with 4-year-old son Josey.

The next day, Josey was found floating in a rented boat alone with his life vest on and saying his mother went for a swim and never came back up, according to media reports. Ventura County Sheriff’s Office updated the public Thursday afternoon that over 100 personnel, including specialized divers from nearby counties, are now involved in the recovery mission for Naya in Lake Piru.

Fellow celebrity memoirist Tiffany Haddish was one of a few fans who responded to the quote tweet after the news of Naya’s disappearance.

Another one of Naya’s tweets from last week has gone viral about living life to the fullest. She starred in Glee, the popular FOX high school musical TV show for six seasons.
